This policy explains what personal information AGFY Tech Solutions collects through agfytech.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is written to comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its implementing rules.

What we collect, and why
Enquiries
When you use our enquiry form we collect your name, work email, company and what you are looking for. We use this to respond to you and for no other purpose. We do not add you to a marketing list.
Job applications
When you apply for a role we collect your name, email, mobile number, LinkedIn profile if you share it, expected salary, notice period, your CV and anything you write in your application. We use this to assess your application, contact you about it, and run our screening process, which can include a written task, interviews, reference checks and, for shortlisted candidates, an NBI clearance check with your knowledge.
Technical data
Our host records standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type) for security and troubleshooting. The site uses functional cookies only, for caching and form protection. We do not currently run analytics or advertising trackers.
Legal basis
We process enquiry and application data with your consent, given when you submit a form, and because it is necessary for steps you have asked us to take, such as considering you for a role. Server logs are processed under our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
Who sees your information
Your data is seen by the AGFY people who handle enquiries and recruitment. It is stored and transmitted using service providers who process it on our behalf: our web host (Hostinger) and our email provider (Google Workspace). If your application progresses, relevant parts of your application are shared with the client whose role you applied for. We do not sell personal information, ever.
Some of our service providers store data outside the Philippines. Where they do, the transfer is covered by their data processing agreements and safeguards.
How long we keep it
Enquiries: as long as needed to deal with the enquiry, then up to 12 months. Applications: for the duration of the recruitment process, then up to 24 months so we can consider you for future roles, unless you ask us to delete your file sooner.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email careers@agfytech.com and we will respond within 15 business days. You also have the right to complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Application files are transmitted encrypted and stored with access limited to the people involved in recruitment. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting your data ever occurs, we will notify you and the National Privacy Commission as the law requires.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a revised date. This version: 6 August 2026.
