We write the brief with you, then recruit against it. Every candidate is screened for English on a live video call, tested on the actual work, and reference-checked with employers who dealt with your market. You interview the shortlist and make the call. If someone is not working out in the first month, we replace them.
We are not a call centre selling seats by the hour, and we are not a freelancer marketplace. Your people are AGFY employees on your account full-time. That costs more than the cheapest quote you will get. It also means they are still there in a year, which is usually the thing that actually matters.
